Shalena Opbroek has led CivSec Group B.V. since it was founded in 2025. She is the sole director and sole shareholder of the holding company, and through the holding she also directs CivSec S.M.A.R.T B.V.
She sets the course of the group, decides on new companies and partnerships, and is the point of contact for partners, investors and clients.
She previously worked in the public sector and in healthcare.
