A Dutch holding company that founds companies and directs them itself.
CivSec Group B.V. was founded in 2025 as a private limited company under Dutch law. Its registered seat is Rotterdam, its office is in Weert in the province of Limburg, and the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce registers its activity as a holding company.
What we do
- We found companies. CivSec S.M.A.R.T B.V. was founded by the holding in 2025.
- We direct them. The holding is the sole shareholder and sole director of CivSec S.M.A.R.T B.V.
- We set the standards. Every company in the group meets the same ten standards.
- We connect. Partners, investors and talent who approach the holding are introduced to the company in the group where they add the most.
Why we found companies rather than acquire them
A company we found ourselves meets our standards from the first day. After an acquisition that work happens afterwards, when the old way of working is already built into the client relationships. That is why every company in the group starts with us, as its own company, under its own name, with the holding as director.
What the holding company does not do
The holding does not provide services to clients itself. Client work runs through CivSec S.M.A.R.T B.V., which has its own terms and privacy policy at civsecsmart.com. The holding does not process personal data collected through the website or the projects of CivSec S.M.A.R.T.
What the articles of association say
Under article 3 of its articles of association, the company exists to found, participate in, cooperate with, finance and direct other companies, and to exploit trademarks and intellectual property. The full governance is on the Structure and governance page.
