Is CivSec Group B.V. a real company, and how can I check?
Yes. CivSec Group B.V. is registered in the Dutch trade register under KvK number 98032615, with RSIN 868332501 and VAT number NL868332501B01. Its registered seat is Rotterdam and its office is in Weert. You can check the registration yourself at kvk.nl.
What does CivSec Group do?
CivSec Group B.V. is a holding company. It founds companies, directs them, sets the standards they must meet, and brings them together with partners, investors and talent. The holding does not provide services to clients itself.
What is the relationship with CivSec S.M.A.R.T?
CivSec S.M.A.R.T B.V. (KvK 98045768) was founded by CivSec Group B.V. in 2025. The holding owns all shares and is its sole director. Projects for websites, software, applications and AI run through CivSec S.M.A.R.T.
Is CivSec Group B.V. the same as Civsec Group Ltd in the United Kingdom?
No. CivSec Group B.V. (Weert, the Netherlands) is not affiliated with Civsec Group Ltd (United Kingdom). Our number in the Dutch trade register is 98032615.
Who leads CivSec Group?
Shalena Opbroek is Chief Executive Officer and sole director. Through the holding she also directs CivSec S.M.A.R.T B.V.
Where is CivSec Group based?
Its registered seat is Rotterdam. Its office is in Weert, in the province of Limburg, the Netherlands. Visits are by appointment only.

Since 2025. In the same year the holding founded CivSec S.M.A.R.T B.V.
Does CivSec Group provide services to clients itself?
No. Client work runs through CivSec S.M.A.R.T B.V., with its own terms and privacy policy at civsecsmart.com.
Does CivSec Group acquire or invest in other companies?
The group founds its own companies. We discuss proposals for partnership or investment through investment@civsecgroup.nl.
